Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.

Message frequency varies by project, but we do not expect to send more than 8 messages per appointment or service cycle unless you continue the conversation or request additional updates.

We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent is used only to provide and support the services you request from us.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when it is necessary to operate our business, provide requested services, process communications, comply with the law, or protect our rights.

We use trusted service providers that act as processors on our behalf, including GoHighLevel for CRM, scheduling, and communications management, and Twilio for text messaging delivery. These providers may process personal information only as needed to support our operations and under their own contractual and legal obligations.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, deliver services, maintain project and payment records, handle warranties or disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, insurance, and business recordkeeping requirements.
